We believe that this unique and targeted structure provides additional benefits for investors close to retirement as they are able to fund the required RRIF withdrawals from secured interest income rather than hard-earned principle.

- Targeting a return in the range of 20% with Equium providing the required pre-sales and construction financing PRIOR to investors capital being raised
