Yes. The accounting and financial reporting is is conducted through our in-house team which is overseen by Equium Group’s accounting team led by a chartered professional accountant (CPA).

Property Management Software and Preventative Maintenance Systems

No. Equium Group does not use proprietary software in order to ensure transparency with its clients. All condo management data can be delivered to the corporation at any time.
