Jonathan Lachance is a Partner and Associate Broker at Equium Group. He brings over 14 years of progressive commercial real estate experience to Equium Group within the condominium, residential, office, retail, and industrial asset classes. Since 2011, Jonathan has overseen over 3 billion dollars in assets under management for both institutional and high net worth investors within the Calgary market.

Jonathan is also recognized for his efforts within environmental stewardship by certifying over 3 million square feet of property under the LEED EB and BOMA BEST green rating programs. In 2019, Jonathan led the first green certification of a condominium building under BOMA BEST, which was published as a case study by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Canada. After obtaining a BAdmin with Distinction from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, in addition to a Postgraduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia, Jonathan completed an MSc in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Oxford. He is a licensed associate broker from the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).

Jonathan was recognized as Canada’s Top 30 under 30 Leaders in Sustainability, and one of North America’s Top 15 Real Estate Professionals under the age of 35 by NAIOP. Jonathan is a member of numerous industry associations including: the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Jonathan is a member of the Property Management Advisory Committee for the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).
